Bespeak publishes personal essays, book reviews and reflections on music, travel and everyday life. Opinions are those of their authors and may change over time. Content is for general information and enjoyment, not professional financial, legal, medical or other advice.

2. Copyright and sharing

Original writing and original media remain the property of their respective rights holders. You are welcome to share links to Bespeak stories. For reproduction, republication, translation or commercial reuse, obtain the relevant rights holder’s permission unless the use is permitted by applicable law.

Book covers, quotations, embedded media and other third-party material remain subject to their owners’ rights. Their appearance on the blog does not transfer any licence to you.

3. Responsible use

Do not use the site for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, spam, distributing harmful code or infringing another person’s rights. Do not attempt to access accounts or editing tools without authorisation, interfere with the site or bypass its access controls.

4. Editor accounts and contributions

Keep your sign-in details private and use your own account. The owner decides who may edit or publish and may revoke editing access if an account is misused. Account registration is not an automatic grant of editor access.

Contributors should submit only material they have the right to publish, credit sources where appropriate and avoid publishing private personal information without permission. By submitting material for publication, you permit Bespeak to display it on the blog; ownership remains with the relevant rights holder. The owner may edit or remove submitted content.

Links and embedded content are provided for reference or convenience. Bespeak does not control external websites, their availability or their policies. A link does not itself imply endorsement. Your use of another service is governed by that service’s terms.

6. Availability and responsibility
